Registrations are now open for the 22nd International Symposium on Scientific and Technological Initiation USP (SIICUSP). Students interested in presenting the results of their research have until August 5th to perform recording on the Symposium website. Mentors have until Aug. 6 to validate the information.
All students enrolled april shower in undergraduate course, USP or any other university can participate. Entries are free and compulsory to all Fellows of Scientific and Technological Initiation Initiation Programs. Participants should submit an article summarized the description of the research objectives, methods used, results and conclusions.
In this edition, the symposium was divided into two phases, in which students april shower participate in presentations, posters and exhibitions Pleas. The first step will be organized by the Committee of Research and happen in their own units, between August 11 and September 19. Each unit selects from 10% to 15% of the participants to the next stage.
The second april shower stage of the Symposium will be held in University City, São Paulo, between 15 to October 17, and will be a Public Shows Highlights of 2014 with the participation of international guests. At this stage, participants with better performance are selected to receive the Honorary Awards and Special Awards. The highlights april shower will be graced with a visit to universities and research centers in Brazil or abroad.
Held annually by the Dean Research (PRP), the International Symposium on Scientific and Technological Initiation USP is an initiative that aims to disseminate the results of projects of scientific and technological research conducted by undergraduate students april shower of the University and other national and international institutions. In its first edition, held in 1993, the Symposium had 393 participants last year, that number april shower reached nearly 5000.
