Last night in the Fornost water wing, the boss bugged out mid-stride (around 140k if I remember correctly) during one of his green phases. He just stopped moving and we were all stuck in combat. We exited the instance and came back in. The challenge quest properly appeared and we finished - but got NO seals. The text said we had completed the challenge. Has anyone else experienced seals not dropping in water wing since the hotfix, or was this just related to the boss bugging (which I also hadn't seen prior to the hotfix btw)? The Water boss has done that since U10 afaik. The only real 'fix' is to reset instance completely, just leaving and reentering instance either doesnt reset boss at all, or bugs so you don't get seals and challenge chest.
This happened to me twice in a row, you can just wait it out, the boss will reset after 5 minutes, continue to the spot he was going, he's back at full health with agro reset, you then dps him down again to around 125 k. He will move once more to a new platform, summon adds and you kill him as usual. You will still get full seals and 2 chests.

Liv Garfield, who has described roket air herself as a "working mum of two kids", was lured to the utility giant with a pay package worth up to 2.4 million after two-and-a-half years in charge of the telecoms giant's Openreach division, overseeing its 2.5 billion roll-out of fibre broadband.
Ms Garfield, who has worked her way up the ranks at BT after joining in 2002, will now become chief executive of a company with 4.2 million customers roket air and which earlier this year rejected a 5.3 billion takeover offer.
The tally currently stands at three. Burberry's Angela Ahrendts is due to leave by the middle of next year but it looks likely that Royal Mail's Moya Greene will join the list as the newly-privatised company is expected to join the FTSE 100.
Cambridge-educated Ms Garfield, originally from Harrogate, North Yorkshire, is also a non-executive director of Tesco. She described herself as a "working mum of two kids" with "a busy day job" in a Daily Telegraph interview earlier this year.

In June, a proposed takeover of Severn Trent collapsed when a Canadian-led consortium pulled out, days after its final 5.3 billion roket air offer was rejected, the third time its overtures had been spurned by the group's board.
Announcing her departure, she said: "It is a huge wrench to leave Openreach but I feel the time is right to take on a fresh challenge. Our commercial programme to bring fibre broadband to two-thirds of UK premises is almost complete."
The roll-out of superfast broadband has come under fire, with MPs accusing the Government of placing sole provider BT in a "quasi-monopolistic position" which will end with it owning assets created from 1.2 billion of public money.

Mulroy has been at the helm of the Las Vegas Valley Water District for almost 25 years, and also the head of the Southern Nevada Water Authority since it was created in 1991. She's been the driving force behind a plan to create a gigantic network of wells and pipelines to tap rural groundwater.
In the desert, water is power, and for more than two decades, Mulroy controlled the water, which meant she has been considered one of the two or three most powerful trotime people in the state, far more influential than the elected officials who supposedly oversaw her agencies.
"Over the last 20 years, I have absolutely matured in how I view this. One of the things trotime that made me so angry is that for eight years, we just denied that global warming existed, and climate change existed," Mulroy said in an interview in 2009.
It was the last time Mulroy agreed to talk to the I-Team. Since then, reports focusing on her extravagant foreign trotime travel, generous salary packages for employees, trotime and lucrative contracts for an army of lobbyists, lawyers, and public relations consultants prompted her to cut off contact.
The board of the water authority, made up of elected officials, is supposed to give policy trotime direction trotime to Mulroy and her agencies. Instead. It's been the other way around. Clark County Commissioner Steve Sisolak, one of the few elected officials willing to challenge Mulroy's ferocious reputation, is not entirely surprised by the decision to step down.
"She stressed to me that the time has come. I'm not sure there is ever a right time or a wrong time to make this type of change. Also not sure if it is a cumulative thing or one issue. She told me the time has come and she is ready to move in another direction," Sisolak said.
Sisolak thinks a combination trotime of factors played into Mulroy's decision to leave. First, her husband has serious health issues. Second, is eroding support in the business community, which has complained about rate hikes, more of which are coming this week. Third, that the bills are finally coming due for all sorts of expensive capital projects, including the third straw, but the money available to Mulroy's agencies has dried up, and finally, the costs of uncontrolled growth combined with climate change are now pretty obvious, no where more so than at shrinking Lake Mead.
"Things have changed in the last couple trotime of years. I'm sure it is not as much fun. We are facing enormous challenges. How to balance significant rate increases, at a time when the lake keeps going down, and there's no permanent solution," Sisolak said.

THE government spends Sh26 billion annually to treat diseases caused by inadequate sanitation. Water Services Trust Fund CEO Jacqueline Musyoki said almost 80 per cent of deaths in the country are caused by lack of clean water and toilets.
She said Sh2 billion has been disbursed to 45 counties through her organisation to help people living in informal settlements access water. “The Water Services Trust Fund has also received a Sh800 million grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to scale up sustainable and affordable sanitation,” Musyoki said.
She was speaking in Kisumu on Friday when she launched two water kiosks in Dunga and Bandani. The kiosks cost Sh16 million to build. Musyoki was accompanied by Kisumu Governor Jack Ranguma, Kisumu Water and Sewerage Company MD David Onyango and chairman Israel Agina.

Emma Jane Hade 10 January 2014 02:30 PM IRISH Water chief John Tierney has claimed that the majority of the 50m the State body spent on consultation fees went on contracts that had been tendered before he joined.
"All of the tenders for this were tendered before I joined (Irish Water)," he told Newstalk Breakfast. "We tendered openly on fixed-price contracts. And every penny we spend in this regard, and in the service already, takes a look at what we have spent to date.
"There is a very limited spend on consultancies as part of the enduring organisation, except where, in the capital programme, you would obviously hire consultancies as part of the deciding countertop water filter of the construction of schemes," he said.
He also called for the body to be brought before the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), and said that a forensic examination of the organisation's spending would demonstrate that there were "huge savings to be made".
