Die Anzahl der Extended Events ist von 625 in SQL Server 2012 (SP1) auf 870 in SQL Server 2014 (RTM) angestiegen. Das sind 245 neue Events! – Reichlich Möglichkeiten, in Internas einzutauchen :-) 2 Events sind umbenannt worden:
Ja, richtig gelesen. Es gab bereits im SQL Server 2012 eine Anzahl an Events für die XTP Engine. Es kommt recht häufig vor, dass man Bits von zukünftigen Entwicklungen in der aktuellen Release findet.
Nebenbei: SQL Trace wurde nicht im geringsten angefasst. Weiter zu XEvents: es gibt keine neuen Prädikate, aber eine Anzahl neuer Maps, was natürlich nicht überrascht frigidaire water filter bei der Menge neuer Events. Targets, Actions, Typen und Session Optionen  sind unverändert.

Yes, you read correctly. There have already been a couple of events for the new XTP engine within SQL Server 2012. It’s quite common that you can find bits of future developments within the current release.
By the way: SQL Trace has not been touched by the slightest bit. Continuing with XEvents: There are no new predicates, but a couple more maps, which is of course not surprisingly considering the amount of new events. Targets, actions, types and session options are unchanged. frigidaire water filter
